“Sitting on the Sun Soaked Terrace with a large bowl of Mussels and a glass of crisp chilled wine, you would be forgiven for believing you must be somewhere on the Mediterranean coast as you watch the sparkling Sea and the Tall Ships bobbing in the harbour. This is Wreckers in Charlestown”

We love kids and we serve a great children’s menu day and evening but with respect for other diners we have a special family sitting until 6pm for anyone with children under five. We do not admit young children after this time and older children will be expected to remain seated. This, of course, does not apply to a private function where the entire marquee or restaurant has been hired.
Weddings and Functions
If you are planning your special day and are looking for a truly unique reception venue in Cornwall then Wreckers Restaurant is the perfect place for you.
In such a location, the Restaurant lends itself perfectly to functions and weddings, a Marquee is erected on the Terrace overlooking the Tall Ships to cater for larger Parties. Functions can be arranged from a simple Barbeque on the Terrace to a full Formal Dinner. Subject to availability the tall ships can also be hired for events either in dock or at Sea.
